[libdecodeqr:0008] Decoding Nokia QR codes

Thank you for writing libdecodeqr. I am running it on Fedora Core 4.

I found Nokia's site to generate QR codes, but they all give
status 2009 CODEDATA_NOT_SUPPORT_ECI when I decode them with simpletest

I built qrencode and simpletest will always decode images created with
that, also photo of printed code.

I don't know much about mobile codes; they are not common in Canada yet,
but Nokia says that many of their phones now include a decoder. My phone
is too old (small memory) so I am trying to decode on Linux.

Why will libdecodeqr not decode Nokia's codes ? They look the same to my
eye.
